While we specialize in residential projects such as homes, we also focus on adaptive reuse, mixed-use, and multifamily, with an emphasis on creating better places to live, work, and play.

Where

Our home is Los Angeles, California and this is where we like to develop. We are most interested in the beach cities of Los Angeles and the mountain areas such as Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Marina del Rey, Venice, Santa Monica, Brentwood, Lake Arrowhead, Big Bear, and Mammoth. That being said, we are open to all areas of Los Angeles and beyond should the right opportunity present itself.
