The Minimal House is an Architecture and Real Estate Development studio founded by Mao and Jeremy Tooke.

Our goal is to create a home that is timeless but allows for change over time, minimizing the need to renovate or sell as your seasons of life come and go. We are a bit old-fashioned and believe in a forever home that can grow with you, but you never outgrow.
