Our spaces are designed to create a sense of calm from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. While minimal in nature, our homes contain all the essential and luxuries of life, we just do it in a more refined and considered manner. We look at the project holistically from the beginning and continue this checks and balances throughout the course of the project.
Real Estate

As Architects, we can help you evaluate a property before you purchase it. We can check zoning, consider what you can build, and even do preliminary designs to see if the property truly fits your needs. Along with being a licensed Architect, our Co-Founder is also a licensed real estate agent and can assist you in the purchase or sale of your property.

Along with designing projects for great clients, we also partner with like-minded investors to develop our own projects. With full control of the design and construction process, we are able to better control the end product and increase potential profits for everyone involved. Archy is a floor plan review service handcrafted by Architects. We take your existing floor plans and make them better. Using your existing floor plans and comments, we create a custom floor plan based on your needs. Simple, cost effective, and completed in a timely manner. We provide a cost-effective second look for one of the biggest decisions of your life, your home. While it’s only one step in the process, the floor plan is the starting point for good, thoughtful design.

The Minimal Hut offers a series of predesigned Huts, Cabins, Homes, Hotels, and ADU’s. We also offer custom designs for those looking for a branded design all their own. With a focus on simple living and timeless design, we work to craft spaces that are flexible, connected to nature, and sustainable in their use of materials and construction.
